Two hours in the life of a writer.

I’m including this on my blog simply to satisfy the curious of heart; those people who wonder what it’s like to (be a writer) spend most of your time at the keyboard punching out words that will eventually form a coherent story.

I’ve been asked the question a couple of times, and while I’ve always thought I’ve answered it in a way people could understand, I guess, judging from the foggy looks I usually get, I never really did a good job of explaining it.

Anyway, this isn’t for those of you out there who’re already pounding away at the keyboard. Because you’ll already know what a writer’s life is like. This is purely for those who’re curious enough to ask the question.

I found this on You Tube during one of my daily searches. Mostly I post this kind of stuff to my Twitter account (here) when I find it, but this one slipped under the radar for some reason.

There’s not a lot of talking, it spans 7 videos, and, I think, this is as close to getting to know what being a writer on a daily basis is like. Maybe not for every one of them out there, but for a lot I suppose it’s something similar.

Anyway, enjoy the video. Leave a comment. Or share it among your friends.

Thanks for reading.
